The Finnmark FD-6 Combination Barrel Sauna brings together Spectrum Plus™ infrared heating and a traditional Finnish sauna experience in an outdoor cedar retreat. Designed to use both heating systems together, it combines infrared warmth with the familiar ritual of pouring water over heated sauna stones.

Sauna Kit — On-Site Assembly Required

The Finnmark FD-6 is supplied as a sauna kit requiring on-site assembly and professional installation. It does not arrive fully assembled. A compatible traditional sauna heater is required and sold separately.

Canadian Cedar Construction

Clear-grade Western Canadian Cedar brings warm wood tones and a naturally aromatic atmosphere to the sauna. Thick, 1.5-inch staves form the barrel enclosure, while cedar benches and framing create a cohesive interior.

Comfort at Every Level

Dual-level benches offer seating at different heights, allowing you to settle into your preferred position. An 8 mm tempered glass door and windows welcome natural light and connect the interior with your outdoor surroundings.

Thoughtful Finishing Touches

A Wi-Fi-enabled LCD touchscreen provides convenient access to infrared settings, while under-bench RGB lighting lets you adjust the atmosphere. A shingle roof with a protective barrier completes the outdoor design.

Specifications

On Site Assembly
The Finnmark FD-6 Combination Barrel Sauna arrives as a kit requiring assembly at your property. Finnmark recommends professional installation. Review the installation manual and dimension drawing before preparing your site.

Site Preparation
Install the sauna on a flat, level surface. The installation manual identifies concrete, gravel, and wood decking as acceptable foundations. When placing the sauna over grass or soil, use pavers or flagstone beneath the supports to prevent sinking. Plan for appropriate drainage.

Electrical Installation
The infrared system is specified for 120 V, 15 A with a NEMA 5-15P connection. These specifications apply to the infrared system only. The traditional sauna heater has separate electrical requirements. All wiring must be performed by a licensed electrician in accordance with applicable codes and the equipment manufacturers’ instructions.

Traditional Sauna Heater Required
A compatible traditional sauna heater is required and sold separately. Follow the selected heater manufacturer’s installation instructions, including electrical requirements and clearances.

Manufacturer Warranty
The supplied Finnmark warranty lists the following coverage for outdoor residential use:

Warranty Conditions
Coverage applies to the original purchaser and requires installation according to the manufacturer’s instructions, proper maintenance, and use without damage, misuse, or abuse. Nonfactory installed components are not covered by the supplied Finnmark warranty. Refer to the traditional heater manufacturer for its separate warranty.
