This Shipping Policy is issued by ReVav Health LLC, the operator of Lumi Therapies.

1. Shipping & Delivery
At Lumi Therapies, we believe in providing clear and transparent delivery information before you place your order. Because our collection includes large, premium wellness equipment from multiple manufacturers, shipping methods, freight charges, delivery times, and delivery requirements vary by product.
The applicable shipping or delivery method is identified on each product page and may include:
- Free Freight Delivery
- Flat-Rate Freight Shipping
- White Glove Delivery
- Freight Quote Required
For products with a fixed freight charge, the amount shown on the product page applies per unit, unless otherwise stated.
2. Shipping Destinations
Lumi Therapies currently ships only within the contiguous United States, consisting of the 48 contiguous states and Washington, D.C.
We do not currently ship to Alaska, Hawaii, U.S. territories, international destinations, or P.O. boxes that cannot accept the applicable delivery method.
3. Shipping & Freight Costs
Shipping and delivery costs vary by product. The applicable shipping method and any known shipping or delivery charge are identified on the individual product page.
Free Freight Delivery
Select products include Free Freight Delivery within the contiguous United States.
Flat-Rate Freight Shipping
Certain products are subject to a fixed freight charge. When a fixed freight charge is shown on the product page, the stated amount applies per unit purchased, unless otherwise indicated.
White Glove Delivery
Certain products require White Glove Delivery. When applicable, the required White Glove Delivery charge is displayed on the product page.
Freight Quote Required
For certain products, freight costs are determined based on the delivery location and shipment requirements. These products are identified on the product page as requiring a freight quote.
Please contact Lumi Therapies for a freight quote and ordering assistance for these products.
For orders containing multiple large items, you may contact us to discuss available freight arrangements. Any consolidated shipping options or savings are determined on a case-by-case basis and are not guaranteed.
4. Order Processing & Delivery Time
Processing times vary by product and manufacturer. Most orders are processed within 1 to 5 business days unless otherwise noted on the applicable product page. Delivery and transit times vary based on the product, manufacturer, destination, carrier, and delivery method.
Many Lumi Therapies products ship directly from the manufacturer or an authorized distribution facility. Any lead times or estimated delivery dates provided on a product page or communicated to you are estimates unless expressly stated otherwise.
Inventory availability, manufacturer schedules, carrier schedules, weather, holidays, delivery appointments, and other circumstances may affect processing or delivery times.
Available shipment and delivery information will be provided as your order progresses.
5. Freight & Large-Item Deliveries
Many Lumi Therapies products are oversized or heavy and require freight or specialized delivery rather than standard parcel delivery.
Depending on the product and manufacturer, delivery may be made by a freight carrier, specialized carrier, or White Glove Delivery service.
Unless White Glove Delivery or another enhanced delivery service is specifically included or purchased, freight delivery does not necessarily include placement, installation, assembly, removal of packaging, or movement of the product beyond the carrier's standard delivery point.
Customers are responsible for reviewing any product-specific delivery requirements and ensuring the delivery location can accommodate the applicable delivery method.
Special access requirements or additional delivery services may result in additional charges.
6. Shipment Tracking & Delivery Communication
Tracking or delivery information will be provided when available. Because large-item freight shipments may be handled differently from standard parcel shipments, tracking methods and delivery scheduling vary by manufacturer and carrier.
A freight or delivery carrier may contact you directly to coordinate or schedule delivery. Please provide an accurate telephone number and email address when placing your order.
7. Inspecting Your Delivery & Reporting Damage
Please inspect your shipment carefully at the time of delivery.
If there is visible damage to the packaging or product:
- Note the damage on the carrier's delivery receipt before signing for the delivery.
- Take photographs that clearly show the damage, including photographs of the packaging and the affected area of the product.
- Retain the product, packaging, and shipping materials.
- Contact Lumi Therapies at support@lumitherapies.com or 888-958-1222 within 48 hours of delivery.
All shipping damage, including concealed damage discovered after delivery, must be reported to Lumi Therapies within 48 hours of delivery.
If concealed damage is discovered, please photograph the damage and packaging, retain all packaging and shipping materials, and contact us with your order information.
Damage claims may be subject to manufacturer or carrier requirements. Providing complete documentation promptly helps us assist you with the claims process.
8. Delivery Delays
Delivery dates and transit times are estimates unless expressly stated otherwise.
Manufacturer delays, inventory availability, carrier delays, weather, holidays, delivery appointments, remote or difficult-to-access delivery locations, and circumstances outside Lumi Therapies' reasonable control may affect delivery timing.
If you have questions regarding an order in transit, please contact us and we will assist in obtaining available shipment information.
9. Address & Delivery Information
Please carefully review your shipping address, telephone number, email address, and other delivery information before placing your order.
Customers are responsible for providing accurate delivery information and notifying Lumi Therapies promptly if a correction is required.
Address changes requested after an order has entered processing or shipment may result in additional manufacturer or carrier charges.
Additional charges resulting from incorrect addresses, unsuccessful delivery attempts, inaccessible delivery locations, storage, redelivery, or other customer-related delivery issues may be the customer's responsibility.
10. Product-Specific Shipping & Delivery Terms
Certain products or manufacturers may have additional shipping, freight, delivery, inspection, or damage-reporting requirements.
When product-specific shipping or delivery terms are provided on a product page or communicated as part of an order, those more specific terms apply to that product in addition to this general policy.
11. Returns & Refunds
Returns of new, unused, and uninstalled items are accepted within 30 days of the purchase date for most products.
Products subject to a different return policy or that are not eligible for return will be clearly identified on the applicable product page.
Return authorization, condition requirements, return freight or shipping costs, restocking fees, and other return requirements may vary by product or manufacturer. Please do not return a product without first contacting Lumi Therapies for return authorization and instructions.
