Your sauna will arrive fully assembled and carefully secured to a large pallet for freight delivery. Because of the size and weight of the unit, the customer is responsible for arranging appropriate equipment, such as a forklift or crane, to unload the sauna and move it to its final location on the property.
Prior to delivery, our team will connect with you to review delivery requirements and answer any questions so you know exactly what to expect.
The freight carrier will contact you to schedule a delivery window, and tracking information will be provided throughout the shipping process. Each sauna is carefully protected and packaged for transit to help ensure it arrives safely and ready for installation.
The path from delivery point to placement site must be clear and accessible for equipment. Saunas should be installed on a firm, level surface with slight runoff for drainage—such as concrete, decking, pavers, or compacted gravel.
